On Friday 18th October colleagues from Slater Gordon Solutions Motor were very proud to attend the Call North West Contact Centre Awards as finalists in ten of the fourteen categories.
To be awarded the Best Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year for the third year running by the Call North West judging panel was a huge achievement for all.
In addition, very well deserved awards were also collected by Louise Walsh for Team Manager of the Year and Paul Naylor for Customer Service Agent of the Year.
