It measures continuously; providing real time insight into what customers think and why. Using that wealth of data for continuous improvement and development.

Our customer satisfaction scores are consistently above the UK benchmark and demonstrate our commitment to our customers throughout their journey. From first contact to the end of services we ensure our people, processes and suppliers are measured against our customers needs and requirements.
