Claims Handler

As a Claims Handler your primary responsibility will be to support our customers from the initial incident through to the final resolution.

The role involves efficiently handling both inbound and outbound calls in line with departmental KPI's and to maximise opportunities in a fast paced evolving environment whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service.
