Slater Gordon Solutions manages motor claims for insurance companies, brokers, body shops and fleet companies across the UK. The service assists claimants in securing car hire and repair services.
As a Claims Handler your primary responsibility will be to support our customers from the initial incident through to the final resolution. The role involves efficiently handling both inbound and outbound calls in line with departmental KPI's and to maximise opportunities in a fast paced evolving environment whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service.
Applicants need to be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given. Have a "can do" attitude and be pro- active in finding solutions where required as well as good listening, attention to detail and possess excellent customer service skills (from any sector)
This is a full time permanent position with shift-based hours, 5 days out of 7, and weekend work is required.
